How signals are calculated

- Direction logic: bullish alignment of the factor set produces LONG; bearish alignment produces SHORT; mixed readings produce no signal rather than a weak one.
- Freshness decay: signals lose "active" status as their momentum cools, so the board always reflects developing — not historical — opportunity.
Limitations to know
- Signals describe momentum, not value — a LONG in an overvalued stock can still reverse sharply on news.
- Low-liquidity names can generate noisier signals; check traded value before acting.
