These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Streetwhacks platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Streetwhacks is an algorithmic market intelligence platform providing real-time market data, algorithmic trend signals, analytics tools, portfolio management, and community features for NSE and BSE markets. The Services include but are not limited to:
- Market trend analysis, live market data, and directional trend indicators
- Advanced charting tools and bubble chart visualisations
- AI-powered trading signals and market insights
- Custom watchlists, price alerts, and trend scanners
- Portfolio tracking, performance analytics, and rebalancing tools
- Community features including trade ideas, chat rooms, and leaderboard
- News aggregation and market commentary
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts; (c) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Services without written permission; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; (f) resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services or any data obtained through the Services.
Trade ideas, chat messages, portfolio shares, and other content you post on the platform remain yours. By posting content, you grant Streetwhacks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not share content that is misleading, defamatory, or violates applicable law.
The Services are offered through multiple subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Premium. Each tier provides different levels of access to features including charts, watchlists, real-time data, and AI trading signals. Plan details and pricing are available on the pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual) depending on the billing cycle you select. By subscribing, you authorise Streetwhacks to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain access until that date. Due to the digital nature of the Services, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at contact@streetwhacks.com.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged a pro-rated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Streetwhacks retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. This includes the platform design, code, algorithms, logos, and all proprietary data models.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Streetwhacks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial trading and investment research purposes.
Market data displayed on the platform is sourced from third-party providers. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit this data. AI-generated signals and insights are provided for informational purposes only and may not be used to build competing products or services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. Streetwhacks does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The Services, including all market data, analytics, AI-generated signals, trade ideas, community content, and any other information provided through the platform, are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
While we strive to provide accurate and timely market data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Market data may be delayed or contain errors. You acknowledge that you use market data at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Streetwhacks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streetwhacks, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account by deleting it from your account settings or contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law.
Streetwhacks reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
